Staff
Only a small percentage of our applicants even make it to the first interview and an even smaller percentage are hired. Our staff are selected based on their industry specific University degrees and extensive professional experience working with animals, in addition to the practical assessments during hiring stage and are screened through multiple references and background checks. Once we find a standout candidate, they will shadow one of our senior staff members to ensure they have the knowledge, fitness levels and skillset to look after all pets. They also receive ongoing training from Industry professionals which focuses on positive reinforcement, health, safety, breed specific traits, equipment and problem solving.

We understand that life can be hectic. You're a busy mum, young professional or injured and can't give your pet 100% of your full attention. No worries! We offer flexible scheduling options to suit your busy lifestyle. Our services are tailored based on client feedback, ensuring they are both necessary and solution-focused.
Communication
We believe in transparent and open communication with our clients. After each visit you will receive a mix of photos and videos and a detailed report on your pet's activities. We also have a nifty GPS tracker where you can see the route our Pet Nanny took on a walk to hold us accountable

Adoptions
We have always been called towards the animals who haven’t had the best start to life. We work with a number of Rehoming Centre's, Vets and Local Charities and provide assistance through fundraising events, regular donations and spreading awareness that every animal has the right to a safe and loving home. Our staff have multiple years of experience assisting in the transition to a new home where our services help reduce stress and anxiety.
Animal Welfare
Animals have a fundamental right to live free from cruelty, neglect, and exploitation and we believe advocating to end animal abuse reflects our company and personal values of empathy, compassion, and justice.
