What time will my dog be walked? 

Due to the complexity of our Pet Nannies schedules and navigating around the Hills Shire and Blacktown Council we reserve a two hour window around your scheduled walk/pet sitting. The windows help us manage constantly varying schedules, bad weather, toweling dogs off after a rainy walk etc

Do you walk dogs individually or in a group?

We offer pack and solo walks but never in a group larger than three of a similar size and temperament.

 

Do I need a regular schedule?

Establishing a regular schedule for your dog is highly recommend for a number of reasons. Firstly, this helps us allocate the same Pet Nanny each walk so they can bond together, that way when you book in for Pet Sitting your pet is already familiar with our staff member.
Secondly, we offer a heavily discounted rate for regular dog walks and can ensure you dog gets walked within your desired timeframe. In saying that we are also happy to accommodate clients with occasional dog walks based on their budget and needs.
 
Do you have insurance?

Absolutely! We are also registered with ASIC and our staff all have university degrees and long term industry experience.

 

Will I have the same Pet Nanny each visit for Pet Sitting?

We understand the importance of having someone you trust in your home and strive to ensure you are allocated the same Pet Nanny for each pet sitting visit. There will however be times when your Pet Nanny is sick or on holidays so one of our other experienced and highly trained staff will be fully briefed on your pets personality and individual needs

How do you access my home?

We strongly suggest a lockbox or you are more than welcome to give us a copy of your house keys. We do require a baby gate to be installed at entry points of your home and will cancel your appointment if these safety measures are not put in place.
