Hi, I'm Vee
I started Vee’s Pet Care in twenty twenty one to support families who only want the very best level of care for their pets, delivered by someone they can genuinely trust.
As a fellow (fur) mum, I’ve spent over a decade working hands-on with clients and their pets across every stage of life - from raising puppies and establishing strong routines, to caring for senior pets in their twilight years.
Alongside this, I have extensive experience supporting dogs with additional needs, including nervous or sensitive dogs, guardian breeds, and pets who are accustomed to a high level of comfort, attention, and familiarity.
I also have a soft spot for rehomed pets, helping them settle into their new homes through structured, experience-led care that builds confidence and trust during what can be a major transition.
The services we offer are inspired by exactly what I would want for my own dog: attentive, dependable support and a consistent presence who takes the time to understand her needs and fit seamlessly into my routine. Through years of lived experience, ongoing education, and a reputation for going above and beyond, we’ve developed a strong commitment to raising the bar when it comes to animal welfare.
Our services are best suited to pet parents who see high-quality pet care as an investment in their pet’s long-term wellbeing - while still valuing the reassurance of having a trusted, professional option available when short-term support is genuinely needed.

Real Results For Real Parents

From being let down to thriving
Kiki's lead work was slipping. Her owners were stretched between full-time jobs and two toddlers, and inconsistent midday walks were undoing the progress she'd made with her trainer.
We took over her daily walks and built them around her existing training plan — reinforcing her lead skills every single visit rather than letting them slide. Photo and video updates after every walk kept her owners across her progress without having to ask.
Kiki is now calmer, more focused on the lead, and visibly excited when her Pet Nanny arrives.

From re-homed to spoiled rotten...
Clio and Casper are dog reactive Australian Shepherds who'd just been rehomed. Their owner was heading away for the first time and genuinely didn't know how they'd cope.
Before the stay we spent time learning their triggers, handling preferences, and daily routines inside out.
No regression. No stress behaviours. Two settled dogs in their own home — exactly as she'd left them.

Boredom Buster
Ted’s owner works long office hours, leaving him home alone for extended stretches of the day. While friendly, Ted is selective about who he socialises with, which made finding the right support even more important.
They felt guilty knowing his days were quiet and unstimulating, and worried about whether he’d truly feel comfortable with someone new.
We introduced fun visits to break up his day - including scent work and obedience training, by building trust gradually and working at Ted’s pace, we created a relationship he felt safe and relaxed in.
Ted now looks forward to his visits, greets Vee with excitement, and is noticeably more settled throughout the afternoon. His owner has peace of mind knowing he’s not just exercised — but genuinely understood.
