The people caring for your pet aren't here by accident. We receive a high volume of applications, and most don't make it past the first stage — because loving animals isn't a qualification, it's a starting point.
Every team member has prior hands-on experience working with animals. They've passed in-depth interviews, thorough reference checks, and the highest level of background screening. They're also physically assessed, because your pet deserves the same standard of care on our last visit of the day as they do on the first.
Beyond every check and credential, there's one question every candidate has to answer: would I trust this person with my own dog, in my own home? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, they're not on our team.

Adopt Don't Shop
We have always been called towards the animals who haven’t had the best start to life. We work with a number of Rehoming Centre's, Vets and Local Charities and provide assistance through fundraising events, regular donations and spreading awareness that every animal has the right to a safe and loving home. Our staff have multiple years of experience assisting in the transition to a new home where our services help reduce stress and anxiety.
Giving back
We're proud to be more than just a pet care service — we're an active part of the local community.
We support adoption days, run free educational initiatives that promote responsible and compassionate animal care, and host doggy social events that bring local pet owners together. We have a particular soft spot for dogs who are often misunderstood or overlooked — including ex-racing greyhounds and guardian breeds — and we advocate for their welfare beyond our day-to-day work.
By offering a calm, personalised alternative to busy daycares or kennels, we also help families in our community access care that truly fits their pet. Because their wellbeing is never compromised for convenience or profit.

We stay closely connected to the local pet community by being a familiar presence in the Hills and Blacktown Council.
Beyond our day-to-day work with clients, we regularly volunteer for adoption days, rescue events, and community initiatives — supporting responsible ownership, thoughtful handling, and stronger connections between pets and the people who love them.
Being part of the community isn’t a campaign for us, many of our clients already know us long before they ever reach out.
