vee's pet care - premium pet care

What time will my dog be walked?

Due to the complexity of our Pet Nannies schedules and navigating around the Hills Shire and Blacktown Council we reserve a service window around your scheduled walk/pet sitting. The windows help us manage constantly varying schedules, bad weather, toweling dogs off after a rainy walk etc

Do you walk dogs individually or in a group?

We offer pack and solo walks but never in a group larger than three of a similar size and temperament.

Do I need a regular schedule?

Short answer? It’s highly recommended—and here’s why:

Establishing a regular schedule for your dog is highly recommended, and here’s why:

Firstly, it allows us to allocate the same Pet Nanny each walk. This builds a strong bond between your dog and their Pet Nanny - so when you book in for holiday care, your dog is already familiar and comfortable with our team.

Secondly, regular walks mean you’ll receive a heavily discounted rate, and we can ensure your dog gets walked within your preferred timeframe.

That said, we completely understand that regular bookings aren’t always possible. We’re happy to accommodate occasional dog walks based on your budget and needs—no pressure, just flexibility.

But if you’re after connection, consistency, and value for money—regular walks are the way to go.

Do you have insurance?

Absolutely! We are also registered with ASIC

Will I have the same Pet Nanny each visit for Pet Sitting?

We understand the importance of having someone you trust in your home and strive to ensure you are allocated the same Pet Nanny for each pet sitting visit. There will however be times when your Pet Nanny is sick or on holidays so one of our other experienced and highly trained staff will be fully briefed on your pets personality and individual needs

How do you access my home?

We strongly recommend a lockbox for secure and reliable access during visits. This keeps things simple and safe for everyone.

Prefer we use the side gate? No problem—as long as it's secure and gives us access to what we need, we're happy to work with that too!
